THE REASONING BEHIND THE NUMBER
Growth expectations flow through to cash flows. A risk premium in the WACC can materially change the outcome. A substantial part of the value may lie in the continuing value. The review focuses on the decisions that matter.
Whether your valuation was generated with AI or prepared independently, you can submit the full supporting analysis or a specific question. If you require a signed RV assessment, we agree the engagement and intended use in advance. Following the review, the RV determines which conclusions can be supported and whether changes are needed.

The purpose of a valuation determines its assumptions and the supporting evidence required. CompanyValue supports the review and analysis of valuations for transactions, tax purposes, financial reporting and disputes.
Valuations for business sales, acquisitions and equity investments, supporting decision-making and negotiations.
Valuation matters arising from gifts, inheritance, the Dutch business succession tax relief scheme (BOR) and restructuring, including support for tax positions and discussions with the Dutch Tax Administration.

No. You can also submit your own Excel model or an existing valuation report. Explain how the valuation was prepared and what you intend to use it for.
This depends on the scope of the file and your question. After your request, you first receive a proposal specifying the areas to be reviewed, the fee and the timetable. Uploading does not commit you to an engagement.
PDF, Excel (.xlsx or .xls), Word (.docx) and CSV. Up to ten files, with a limit of 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total. Include the calculation model where possible: a final value alone provides little basis for a review.
Select ‘Upload your AI valuation’ to open the CompanyValue submission portal. Sign in with your ChatGPT account to submit files and return to your request later. You do not need a subscription to the valuation app or a payment card to request a review. You can also submit your valuation by email without a ChatGPT account. We will contact you by email about your request.
You receive an on-screen confirmation with a reference number. CompanyValue considers your request and first agrees the scope, fee and timing with you. In the submission portal, ‘Mijn aanvragen’ (My requests) shows the status and, once available, your assessment. No automatic confirmation email is sent.
Your submitted files are accessible to you and the authorised CompanyValue reviewer. They are not displayed publicly on the website. Only share information needed for the review and that you are entitled to provide. Read our Privacy Policy.
You may submit your valuation for that purpose. The RV must first assess the assumptions, methodology, calculations and available supporting information. We agree in advance what any signed assessment would cover and its intended use. Signing is not an automatic outcome of an upload or review; further information or amendments may be required. The assessment does not guarantee the eventual transaction price.
The review assesses your existing valuation within the agreed scope. A new valuation or a comprehensive valuation report is a separate engagement.
